SHIPPING POLICY

Our policy guaranties that we will process your order within 24 to 48 hours following the reception of it and depending on the availability of the items you ordered. Following that, Canada Post standard delivery delays are as follow

1. Shipping

a) Regular shipping (Expedited Parcel)
Local : 3 to 5 business days
Regional : 3 to 5 business days 
National : 4 à 9 business days

b) Xpresspost
Local : 2 to 4 business days 
Regional : 2 to 4 business days
National : 2 to 4 business days

These delivery delays are valid on orders that we have in stock or from the moment that all items ordered are in stock.

Once your order as been sent, you will receive an email with the sent date of your package, the name of the carrier and the expected date of arrival.

Taxes may apply depending on your region.

2. Free delivery

We offer a free delivery on orders of 100$ or more (before taxes).

Available only for:

  • Québec
  • Ontario

3. In store pick-up

If you have selected to pick your order in store, we will warn you by email or by phone once the order is ready to be picked. Be sure we will send you such warning as soon as possible.

In order to counter fraud and to prevent identity theft or any ill intended usage of our services, you will need to show an identity card to receive your order. The card must contain a photo, be valid, be an original and be delivered by a government.

Some of the accepted cards are :

- Passeport
- Driving licence
- Carte d’identité provinciale ou territoriale
- RAMQ card including a picture (When apply)
- Permanent resident card
- Canadian Army Forces identity card
- Indian status card

4. Remote regions

Please note that for remote regions of Quebec, Ontario and New-Brunswick, we reserve the right to apply additional charges, change or cancel your order at any time. We will contact you before sending the items.
